Senior Analyst – Corporate Valuation & Advisory

 

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct financial statements and business models analysis;

-Industry research and extracting information from databases (i.e. Reuters or Bloomberg)

-Liaise with clients and other professional parties (i.e. auditors, financial advisors, lawyers etc.)

-Valuation on businesses, intangible assets and purchase price allocation using financial models

-Drafting of feasibility and valuation reports for financial reporting, fund raising, IPO or transaction proposes

-Research on up to date news, rules & regulations and accounting standards interpretation that is related to business valuation
 

Requirements

-Degree majoring finance or accounting

-Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Valuation (CPA, CFA, CVA etc.)

-Minimum 3 years of experience in business valuation or auditing,

-Excellent understanding in financial accounting, consolidated accounts, performing cash flow analysis

-Understanding of up to date valuation related standards and rules is a plus

-Good research and written skills is required

-Proficient with Excel (for accounting and valuation modelling)

-Strong conceptual, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

-Good command in spoken & written English, Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

-Enjoy working as a team but have the ability to handle tasks independently

-More experienced or outstanding candidates may be considered for the post of Assistant Manager
 

 

Assistant Valuer - Hong Kong Property Valuation

 

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property inspection, preparation of data collection & analysis.  

 

Requirements

- Associate Degree holder or above in real estate / estate management / surveying or relevant discipline

- Real estate experience is preferable

- Good computer and sound analytical / reporting skills

- Positive, mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently within a tight schedule

- Fluency in English and Putonghua is preferred

 

Intensive professional training programme would be offered to the right candidates

 

Business Development Executive

 

Key Responsibilities

- To develop new client network

- To maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients

- To meet with clients and attend events and functions for brand building

- To report to management team on individual clients and market situation

- To assist manager/director and participate in preparing marketing documents

 

Requirements

- Degree holder 

- Minimum 1 years experience in sales and marketing

- Experience in the field of banking, finance and accounting is an advantage 

- With precise communication and negotiation skill

- Good business sense, self-initiative and customer oriented

- Fluent in English and good Putonghua
